1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before printing has started.
• Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Product delivered is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Major printing error caused by WebQuickPrint

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Customer uploaded incorrect design files
• Minor color variation due to printing process
• Delay caused by courier partner or natural events

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may offer a replacement or reprint if the issue is verified.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
